NorCal Collectors is a vendor marketplace event company serving the greater Sacramento area and the San Francisco Bay Area. We bring together collectors, traders, and enthusiasts under one roof — renting venues, providing tables and chairs, and creating high-volume events where vendors can buy, sell, and trade their collections.

Vendor Setup Policy

1.All vendors set up on the same day as the event.
2.Vendors should arrive approximately 90 minutes before the event starts.
3.All displays must be ready before the event opens to the public.
4.Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at check-in.
5.Full payment is required before check-in.
