NorCal Collectors is a vendor marketplace event company serving the greater Sacramento area and the San Francisco Bay Area. We bring together collectors, traders, and enthusiasts under one roof — renting venues, providing tables and chairs, and creating high-volume events where vendors can buy, sell, and trade their collections.

Vendor Setup Policy

  • 1.All vendors set up on the same day as the event.
  • 2.Vendors should arrive approximately 90 minutes before the event starts.
  • 3.All displays must be ready before the event opens to the public.
  • 4.Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at check-in.
  • 5.Full payment is required before check-in.
